Fai is very knowledgeable and he addresses the issues at point. The session was amazing. Body and leg muscles feel very much "lighter". True to the phrase "No pain, no gain". Will definitely pay a 2nd visit to relieve the muscle tensions and aches.

Outstanding and nver failed to amazed me..plus rehab recovering is not an easy way.. but the words of encouragement he gave fully 100% 'embrace the pain'...
